Wednesday Dinner
Wednesday Lunch - Lazy Style.
Leftover pizza from pizza night on Saturday, spaghetti (made from brown rice) and romaine salad with nuts and cranberries and Romano cheese.

One of the best salads I have made so far at SCC. This was simple but so darn delicious! Thank goodness, it makes up for the disaster that was the spaghetti!

This was the worst spaghetti! The rice pasta doesn't have an al dente option, it is crunchy and then immediately becomes soft. The sauce was a jar of Whole Foods organic marinara sauce... never again. I just didn't have time to make fresh home made sauce today, but I will make a huge batch soon and freeze it in portioned bags so this never happens again.

Weekly SCC Shopping
This is actually just one store--Costco. I also go to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Safeway at least once a week, as well as Andy's produce market a few times a week, but all of those trips only warrant a bag or two, and not a mini-van full.
Note: The Coca Cola is for Casey (the groundskeeper), not the residents, much to their chagrin!
