While driving to the hardware store to pick out some trim for the DW , I saw a bull mounting a cow--I mean I saw it actually saunter over behind the cow, and then move from a normal all four feet on the ground to the upright on hind feet only with forefeet on the cow's back! I have never seen that before, not even on TV! It was sort of mind-bending. It looked so lithe and nimble in that moment, and it wasn't exactly fast, just steady and fluid... graceful even!
Craziness. Of course, no camera. Oh well, another time perhaps.
Here's some of the trim I found that I think will actually work.
The piece against the wall. It's a bit darker than the wall,
but blends really well with the bamboo flooring.
Obviously it will be trimmed out for the outlet and such, it's just leaning there right now for the photo so I could get a look at it with some perspective.
