Week Two Continued

More dishes from week two. Somehow I neglected to photograph my baked tilapia and the delicious penne pasta with sun dried tomato Alfredo... bummer, they were both lovely.

More SCC Dishes

Here's food for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, September 7th, 8th and 9th.
Sunday was cold sandwiches for lunch, and baked mac and cheese with sundried tomatoes for dinner (and a green salad, of course). I left that in the fridge for the staff to prepare since I am off Saturday and Sundays. They have pizza night on Saturdays.

Monday was for lunch and roasted turkey breast marinated in ginger vinaigrette for dinner.
I had to go do the weekly shopping so I left the dinner to be cooked, but all was ready to go, just 90 minutes in the oven, and one of the residents made rice and salad to go with it. Sadly, no photos were taken.

Tuesday was Chicken curry and rice, raita and salad for lunch, jambalaya and salad for dinner.
